Now is the time that most people have the real challenge to exercise- the Fall and Winter months. This is the time when the daylight lessens while our commitments increase. Don't let those realities falter now that the busy time of the holidays is around the corner. You don't want to be a Portlander who gains a warm Winter coat this season. you want to be a Portlander who is uber strong, confident and ready to take on the day full of 3 parties, soccer practice, and a drive to Turkey Dinner with 3 kiddos in the back seat...with energy, gusto, and wearing a sleeve-less top to show what thousands of push ups and dips can do! YOU want to keep the energy you have gained, or get the energy you wish you gained but Summer wasn't your time to participate in POWER.
NOW is the time.
NOW is when you look at your goals accomplished and raise the bar for your next set of goals.

Thus the Fall Schedule. Power Outdoor Fitness Portland is going year round and will be operating under Power Fitness PDX starting the Fall months. We move inside to a brand new facility called the Anti Gravity Center. it is located off I-84's 39th Ave. Exit. at NE 37th and Sandy. We will use the facility and on noted mornings we will move to Grant Park or Laurelhurst Park. When you come, please bring 2 sets of weights weighting between 5-20 pounds, water, mat and a towel.
